micro:bit Ring:Bit Buggy Car Robot (without micro:bit)
Description
The micro:bit Ring:Bit Buggy Car Robot is a small and cute DIY smart car based around the BBC micro:bit. It's a simple but well-designed lil robot car and is a great way to take the micro:bit and turn it into a robotics platform! No soldering or heavy assembly skills needed - comes together in about 30 minutes to an hour depending on age.
The car has 3 extended GPIO ports - two for driving servos and one for, well, any other stuff! This version of the bot can perform functions such as light following, remote control (an additional micro:bit is required), and others. By adding different sensors and modules you can extend the functionality to enable things, like obstacle avoidance, drawing, and more!
